The Helpdesk website wysiwyg module allows users to format the text in the description field when creating a ticket from the website. Thanks to the WYSIWYG editor, requests are clearer and better structured, making them easier for support to process.

The Helpdesk website wysiwyg module is a custom extension developed by Evolutis to improve the user experience on the client ticket management portal.
This module integrates with an existing helpdesk (ticket management) addon and brings a targeted improvement: the addition of a WYSIWYG editor (What You See Is What You Get) in the description field when creating a ticket from the website.
Objective:
Allow end users (clients) to format the content of their requests as they enter it (bold, italics, lists, links, etc.), making tickets easier to read and process for support teams.
Context:
The helpdesk modules already allow:
- Creating tickets via a client portal.
- Organizing and categorizing requests.
- Assigning tickets to the relevant people in the support team.
