Create Time Off LOP
Go to Time Off → Configuration → Time Off LOP.
Day Before Holiday Rule
This rule applies when leave is taken immediately before holidays. A deduction of 10% of the daily wage is applied for 2 holiday days.
Generate Payslip
Go to Payroll → Payslips → To Pay and generate payslips for the selected period.
Payslip LOP Deduction
For employee Abigail Peterson, the system calculates a 10% LOP deduction based on the daily wage.
Day After Holiday Rule
This rule applies when leave is taken immediately after holidays. A deduction of 15% of the daily wage is applied for 2 holiday days.
Payslip Calculation
For employee Beth Evans, the system deducts 15% of the daily wage when leave occurs after consecutive holidays.
