Key Features of Hr Portal Expense Management:

  1. Portal users can submit their expense forms directly through website who are employee.
  2. Create portal user and active to submit their expenses
  3. No need to organization each employee for internal users
  4. For odoo enterprise, every internal user has been changed but portal user is free
  5. Other portal users, without the "Employee" tagged, are restricted from submitting expensesNew


Description

1. There is no 'Expense' menu.

2. After activating this module

3. You can now see the 'Expense' menu.

4. There are no recorded expenses for this employee.

5. Go to the Employees menu.

6. Select the employee.

7. Click on the Settings button.

8. Then choose the portal user and save it.

9. You can now submit multiple expenses.

10. Your expense has been successfully submitted.

11. Now, go to the Expenses menu.

12. Then, go to the Expense Report.

13. Here is the expense you submitted.

14. You can now approve the employee's expense.

15. After approved manager, portal user can see their expenses status
