Submitting Expenses for Projects and Job Orders in Odoo

This app enables project users working on job orders or work orders for construction and job contracting projects to submit their expenses, along with pictures, to the expense manager and team for reimbursement.


Main Features:

  • Allow your employees or users to submit expenses for the job order or work order they are working on.
  • On the expense form, a user can select the project, job order, and upload photos for the expense, as shown.
  • The user/employee submits expenses to the expense manager (Odoo standard flow) for reimbursement.
  • Project user(s) can view expenses and/or expense sheets using the smart button on the Job Order, Work Order, or Task form.
  • Project managers can view expenses and/or expense sheets using the smart button on the project form.
  • The Expenses and Expense Sheet smart buttons on the job order and construction project forms provide quick access to expenses and expense sheets.
