AI Assistanter For ODOO

AI Assistant is a set of framework that can add AI intelligence to any website, and the customized version for ODOO currently includes visual AI assistant (13 languages support, appearance change, chatGPT integration), voice command execution，enterprise private domain Chat Knowledge, document (contract) AI review, AI form filling, and more AI application models can be expanded in the future.

At present, AI has been familiar to people, but in combination with the actual application of enterprises, the threshold is not low, and in most cases, it needs to be paid for through third-party AI APIs, and the cost of use is not low. AI Assistanter creates an AI framework that enables enterprises to deploy and use AI locally, no longer need to pay for third-party calls, and combines it with the actual application of enterprises to empower AI for enterprises, and AI is no longer out of reach. The AI Assistanter itself can be used for all kinds of websites, and it can continue to expand the application of AI models for all kinds of models. What we provide here is a version specially adapted for ODOO. As the AI empowerment of ODOO, we hope to solve some of the needs of enterprises in using AI.

Note: In addition to general AI applications such as ChatGPT, the actual implementation of enterprise AI requires customized services (data preparation, model building and debugging, data training, model deployment, etc.) before local deployment and activation. If you are willing to use this module, please contact the author first to communicate the service content, scope and service fees.

• Deploy AI applications locally and autonomously, eliminating the need to pay for third parties.
• You can customize your own AI image and application for the whole body, but you need to train and feed according to the data compiled by the enterprise itself to form your own localized AI. This component provides an AI application framework, and AI applications basically need to be tailor-made.
• ChatGPT invoked ODOO's own message chatGPT.
• There are 5 types of AI images provided, and you can also pay to customize the AI image if you have special needs. AI characters currently support recognition and synthesis in 13 languages.
• The voice command of the AI character is customized to open the menu and some basic interactions, which can be customized according to your needs, and the command recognition supports keywords, matchers and regular expressions.
• Enterprise private domain ChatKnowledge requires enterprises to collect and sort out all kinds of documents and information related to enterprises in advance, and feed them to AI for training, and the training supports incremental feeding. If enterprises want to make industry-level ChatKnowledge applications, they need the support of the cloud.
• AI review of documents or contracts also requires prior modeling and training, and training data can be collected according to the template, and AI review of Word and PDF documents can be carried out after model training.
• AI intelligent form filling supports text information and attachment extraction, and needs to annotate training data in advance, and lightweight annotation can meet basic recognition needs.
• Additional AI models and applications can be expanded as needed.

当下AI己经让人耳熟闻详，但在与企业实际应用结合上，门槛不低，而且多数情况下还需要通过第三方的AI API付费使用，使用成本也不低。AI Assistanter 创建了一套AI框架，使得企业可以本地化部署和使用AI，不再需要对第三方付费调用，而且结合企业实际应用，对企业赋能AI，AI不再可望而不可及。AI Assistanter本身可以用于各类Website, 并且可以继续扩展AI的各类模型应用。在此提供的是专为ODOO适配的版本，做为ODOO的AI赋能，希望能解决企业在使用AI上的一些需求。

注意：除了ChatGPT这种通用的AI应用外，企业AI实际落地实施均需要定制化服务（数据准备，模型搭建及调测，数据训练，模型部署等），才能本地部署启用，如有意愿使用本模块，请与我们联系，沟通服务内容、范围及服务费用。此外，本地部署的AI服务器上的AI模型及算法是不开源的，敬请理解。

D. WEBSite AI Module - Document/Contract AI Review (AI模型模块 - 文件（合同）AI评审)

Contract review is an indispensable part of the full life cycle management of business execution, and is crucial to reducing business execution risks, ensuring income, expenditure and funds. In the process of business execution, if there are a large number of various contracts and documents in the process of business execution, sales managers, business execution stakeholders, legal teams and management teams often need to spend a lot of energy to read the terms, review the contracts, and give handling opinions and suggestions. The back and forth in the contract review process and the failure to review and handle in time are the main reasons for the long review cycle.

Through AI technology, previous contract review records (including risk points and handling opinions) can be fed to AI for learning, so that AI can quickly review the contract, identify and extract risk clauses, give handling opinions and suggestions, and open a pre-review focus list. 合同审查是业务执行全生命周期管理不可或缺的一部分，对于降低业务执行风险、保障收入、支出以及资金至关重要。在业务执行过程中，如果企业业务执行过程中存在大量的各类合同及文件，对于销售经理、业务执行关系人、法务团队以及管理团队来说，往往需要耗费大量的精力来阅读条款，审核合同，并给出处理意见及建议，而合同评审过程中的往复和不能及时审阅处理，是造成评审周期较长的最主要原因。

通过AI技术，可以把以往的合同评审记录（包括风险点及处理意见）投喂给AI进行学习，使得AI可以迅捷的通览合同，识别并抽取风险条款，给出处理意见和建议，开成预审关注清单。这样销售经理可以提前得到合同可能存在的风险，先与客户沟通修正，以减少后期往复；同时预审关注清单顺着评审流程向后传递，各个评审人清楚得知合同需要关注的风险点，从而针对性的进行审核；AI合同（文件）评审处理这些重复繁琐的基础工作，而业务人员可以得到赋能，把精力投在更需要投入的地方。AI做为一种新质生产力，企业的效能得到了提升。

E. WEBSite AI Module - AI Form Fill (AI模型模块 - AI表单填充)

Resumes, faxes, order documents, electronic invoices, signature photos, etc., many of the key information extractions in these electronic documents in enterprise operation management need to be manual. In fact, the processing power of AI in this kind of thing is very mature.

Taking sales orders as an example, we lightly annotated the sales orders and formed a recognition model for the sales order form after training. After that, we can fill in the form of the order file or text from the customer. For each ODOO model (form) that needs AI form filling, light annotation and modeling are required. In theory, each form of WEB Site can achieve AI intelligent recognition and filling.

简历、传真、订单文件、电子发票、签收照片..., 企业运营管理中的这些电子化文档中的关键信息提取，很多都需要人工方式。实际上AI在这类事情上的处理能力是非常成熟的。

我们以销售订单为例，对销售订单做了轻度标注，经过训练，形成了针对销售订单表单的识别模型。此后就可以对来自客户的订单文件或文本进行表单填充。对于每个ODOO模型（form表单）如需要AI表单填充，需要进行轻度标注和建模，理论上WEB Site上的每个表单都可以实现AI智能识别和填充。
