What this module does
User Activity & Productivity Dashboard shows, per user, the real work they completed (actual record counts across Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Project, Helpdesk and Accounting) and the time they spent (login session hours plus live online, away and offline presence).
It counts live with grouped queries and keeps no stored aggregates, so your database stays fast. A team leaderboard, per department chart and daily trend make it easy to read at a glance, and one click drills into the underlying records. Managers see everyone, employees see only themselves, enforced server side.

Choose Today, This Week or Month and, as a manager, optionally focus on a specific user. |

Read the metrics, then drill in
Scan the leaderboard, live presence, department mix and daily trend, then click any metric to open the records behind the number. |

Tune what counts
Adjust the tracked metrics under Configuration plus Tracked Metrics, and review the Login Sessions log any time. |
