Our complete solution for ERP and telephony
With our connector for Odoo and Pascom, you get a complete solution for contact imports, internal forwarding, group or user management, as well as fully coverable contact management and maintenance.
By integrating Pascom into Odoo, you have your contacts not only in your ERP system, but also in a web interface, in the desktop softphone, and in the Pascom mobile app for Android and iOS. In addition, Pascom offers you numerous options for accessing your telephone system.
Our connector for Odoo and Pascom offers you the following advantages:
- Direct and comprehensive contact management and administration in Odoo
- Constant synchronization of contacts between Odoo and Pascom

- Desktop clients for Windows, macOS, and Linux as well as mobile apps for Android and iOS

Adds the possibility to synchronize Odoo contacts with a Pascom.cloud phonebook.
Configuration
The Pascom service URL you need to configure is built like this:
https://pascom.cloud/<your instance name>/services.
You can find the authentication string for the Pascom API in your instance backend under:
Information > Developer > "Show REST credentials".
If you want, you can enable periodic synchronization and configure its interval.
Manual Synchronization
New contacts and contacts that have been changed since the last synchronization are marked as "Not up to date" and will be automatically synchronized if the periodic sync option is enabled. Alternatively, they can be manually synchronized by pressing the button in the contact form. If a contact is "Up to date", it can also be manually deleted from the Pascom phonebook by pressing the same button. In the contact list view, there is also an action available to synchronize multiple contacts at once.
