1. Module Installation
Install the Instant Sales Automation module from Apps. This module enables automatic invoice and delivery creation for faster sales processing.
Configuration
Configure settings under Sales → Instant Sale Automation. Enable options like auto invoice, auto delivery, and sequence prefix.
User Rights Configuration
Assign user access rights for Instant Sales Manager to control permissions and workflow execution.
Check product stock availability in Inventory. Ensure sufficient quantity is available in the selected warehouse location.
Create a new quotation and select Instant Sale as Sales View Type. Choose the source location for stock.
Enter product and quantity. System validates stock availability before confirmation.
Confirm quotation to automatically generate Sales Order, Delivery, and Invoice.
Delivery order is auto validated and marked as Done if stock is available.
Invoice is auto created and posted without manual intervention.
If the order is cancelled, then the system generates auto return delivery record against the sales order and so the inventory is reverted.
In case of cancellation, system auto creates return transfer and cancels invoice.
