Odoo lets you put deadlines on milestones. It does not email anyone when those deadlines slip. PMs find out at the next review meeting. This module ships the daily digest so the PM has time to action — escalate, rebaseline, or just mark reached.
Without this module
Open the milestones list every Monday. Eyeball deadlines. Hope nothing slipped over the weekend. Skip a few weeks. Surprise customer in steering committee.
With this module
Daily digest. Every milestone due within the window OR already overdue. OVERDUE rows flagged in red. Reached milestones excluded. Stakeholders ahead of the conversation.
What you get
One scheduled action sweeps every milestone in the lookahead window. One email per recipient.
Each row colour-codes "OVERDUE" (red) vs "Upcoming" (grey) so eyes go to slipped items first.
Reached milestones are excluded from the digest. The list stays signal, not noise.
"Digest Alerts Enabled" toggle silences a single milestone without disabling the cron globally.

Lives inside standard Project — a per-milestone toggle, a settings window, and a daily email digest.
Per-milestone control. The "Digest Alerts Enabled" toggle sits beside the deadline — untick to silence one milestone.
Tune the window. Set the lookahead days and the recipient under Settings → Project.
One-click send. Select milestones, Action → Send Milestone Stakeholder Digest Now — recipients are emailed immediately.
