How it Works
Go to Settings → Ringover Integration
and enter your Ringover API Key and Webhook Secret.
Odoo auto-generates your unique Webhook URL to paste into the Ringover dashboard. Use the User Mapping widget inside Settings
to link each Odoo user to their corresponding Ringover agent ID.
This ensures call events are attributed to the correct salesperson or support agent. When a call arrives, a live popup appears in
Odoo showing the caller's name, phone number, and matched contact or lead.
Agents can jump directly to the linked record with one click. Once a call ends, a post-call popup prompts
the agent to log notes and select outcome tags (e.g. Interested, Callback, Closed).
All data is saved directly on the call log and linked record. Every inbound, outbound, and missed call is
automatically logged in Ringover → Call Logs
with direction, status, duration, date, linked contact, linked lead, agent, recording URL, and tags.
A phone widget appears on Contacts, CRM
Leads, and Sale Orders.
Click any number to initiate a Ringover outbound call instantly — no copy-pasting required. A scheduled cron job automatically pushes
Odoo contacts to your Ringover phonebook,
keeping your VoIP directory always in sync with your CRM data.

You're not alone! Here are the most common questions about setting up the Ringover Integration for Odoo.
It connects your Ringover VoIP system directly with Odoo. When calls come in or go out,
Odoo automatically shows caller info, logs the call, links it to a contact or lead, and lets
your team add notes and outcome tags — all without leaving Odoo.
Go to Settings → Ringover Integration. Enter your API Key and Webhook Secret from the
Ringover dashboard.
Odoo will display your unique Webhook URL — copy it into your Ringover webhook settings to start
receiving events.
Through the User Mapping widget in Settings. You link each Odoo user to their Ringover agent ID.
When a webhook arrives, the integration matches the agent ID to the correct Odoo user automatically.
Yes. The recording URL provided by Ringover is stored on each call log record in Odoo.
You can access it directly from the Call Logs list or from the linked contact or CRM lead.
A scheduled cron job runs automatically to push your Odoo contacts into the Ringover phonebook.
You can also trigger a manual sync from Settings. The sync status is displayed directly in the
configuration panel so you always know the last sync time.
