Import Invoices via Excel in Odoo
Import Customer Invoices, Vendor Bills, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes from Excel in Odoo
This module enables seamless importing of Customer Invoices, Vendor Bills, Debit Notes, and Credit Notes from Excel into Odoo. It provides an efficient way to bulk upload financial documents, reducing manual data entry and ensuring accuracy in record keeping.

Wizard Filters
- Type Selection:
- Customer Invoice : Select this option to import Customer Invoices.
- Vendor Bill : Select this option to import Vendor Bills.
- Credit Note : Select this option to import Credit Notes.
- Debit Note : Select this option to import Debit Notes.
- Invoice Stage Option:
- Draft Invoice : Imports invoices in the Draft state.
- Validate Invoice : Automatically imports and validates invoices.
- Import Product By:
- Name : Searches and imports products based on Product Name.
- Code : Searches and imports products based on Internal Reference (Code).
- Barcode : Searches and imports products based on Barcode.
Following fields can be Import From Excel Column.
- INVOICE_ID : Invoice Id
- PARTNER : Partner/Customer/Vendor Name
- INVOICE DATE : Date of Invoice or Bill
- PRODUCT : Product Name or Code or Barcode
- DESCRIPTION : Description of Product
- QUANTITY : Quantity
- UNIT PRICE : Price Unit of Product
- DISCOUNT : Discount
- TAX : Multiple Tax are Seperated by Comma
- ANALYTIC ACCOUNT : Analytic Account
- ANALYTIC TAGS : Multiple Analytic Tags are Seperated by Comma.
