- Template Creation for Job Cost Sheets Project managers can easily create and customize job cost sheet templates directly within the job application module
- Template Selection via Wizard The user-friendly wizard allows project managers to select from pre-configured job costing templates for faster and more efficient job sheet creation.
- Customizable Display with Boolean Field A Boolean field option lets users decide how job cost lines should be displayed, providing greater flexibility in cost management.
- Appending Record Lines If the Boolean field is selected, clicking the "Apply" button in the wizard appends the chosen template's record lines to the existing ones, ensuring additional entries are added without removing current data.
- Replacing Existing Record Lines If the Boolean field is not selected, clicking the "Apply" button clears existing job cost lines and replaces them entirely with the selected template's record lines, providing a fresh start for new cost calculations.
- You can create and manage as many job costing templates as you need to quickly generate job costing sheets.
