Office 365 Odoo Connector provides the opportunity for Office 365 users to sync their contacts, e-mails, calendars and tasks between Odoo and Office 365. This connector helps Odoo users to have seamless integration between the two platforms.

Multi User Synchronization
- All these import/export operations mentioned can be performed in a multi-user environment. Where multiple Office 365 users of an organization will be configured in Odoo and every individual can sync their data between Odoo and Office 365 by logging in Odoo from their Odoo account.

- The format of your URL should be https://domain-name/office. For example, if your domain name is abc, your redirect url would be https://abc.com/office

- Go to 'Certificates & Secrets'
- Click on ‘New client secret’

- After completing the process above, go to Settings and open the user whose account you want to integrate.
- Copy 'Application ID' and 'Secret ID' from Microsoft Azure portal and enter here.
- Click on save.

- Click the Login Button, it will open Office 365 login page
- After successfully login in Office 365 account, you will be able to get access to your Office 365 Account.

- The page will be redirected back to Odoo.

- After Successful login of Office 365 account, here you can see the buttons to perform operation by selecting these buttons you will be able to import and export data between Office 365 and Odoo.
- In import contacts you can import based on the contact category.
- If the category isn't selected, contacts of all categories will be imported.
- In import calendars you can import based on calendar type and category.
- If the category isn't selected calendar of all categories will be imported.
- You can activate auto scheduler from here. If you want to perform manual sync, you can import data based on the date range specified here.
Office 365 Export Operation
- Similarly, export operations can be performed.
- You can activate auto scheduler from here. If you want to perform manual sync, you can export data based on the date range specified here.
Office 365 Emails
- Office 365 emails are shown on the contact page.
- From here you can send emails to your contacts. The emails you will receive will also be shown here after importing them from the Office 365 configuration menu.
Office 365 Activities
- In All Activities menu, you can see all the tasks synced from Office 365 to Odoo.
Office 365 Import/Export Logs
- To view logs, you can click on 'Logs' on the navigation menu.
- Here you can see your logs of import/export operations.
Office 365 Import/Export Exceptions
- To view errors, occur during the synchronization process. You can click on 'Exceptions' on the navigation menu.
- Here you can see your logs of errors for import/export operations.
Office 365 Scheduler's Settings
- If you want to perform the scheduled operations.
- Enter the duration for auto scheduler.
- Select the type of schedular you want to run for all users.
- Click on save.
- Click on "Apply Schedular" Setting Button.

What is redirect URL?
Redirect URL is used to get auth code/permission code of your Office 365 account.
Is there an auto sync on this app, or do we have to import export manually every time we got an email or a new event on calendar?
Our module has both auto sync option and manual import/export option.
Is there a way the app can create a new contact when importing email from Office 365 if the contact email does not exist in Odoo?
The contact needs in Odoo before emails are sync.

Yes, it is possible to sync Microsoft 365 users with Odoo users through our module. However, we’d like to clarify that this sync refers to user data (like name, email, etc.) not login credentials.
From your message, it seems you might be referring to Single Sign-On (SSO) with Microsoft (i.e., logging into Odoo using your Office 365 credentials). That specific functionality is not included in this module.
If you're interested in Microsoft-based SSO for Odoo, that would require a separate setup using OAuth2 and Azure AD integration.
