Sales Transport Management & Delivery Route for Transportation
This application enables the management of transporters and transportation details, providing functionality for both Sales Orders and Delivery Orders, as outlined in the following features and screenshots.
Main Features:
- The system allows the creation of transporters (res.partner model) through the Transporters menu.
- It provides the ability to configure transport locations, which are used in setting up transport routes.
- Transporters can be assigned to vehicles via the Vehicle form, indicating that the vehicle belongs to a specific transporter.
- The system enables the selection of a transporter (res.partner) on the Sales Quote/Order form, and this information is passed to the related Delivery Order/Delivery Pickings.
- You can select the Vehicle, Parcels, Route, LR number, and other details on the Delivery Order form or Picking.
- When the Delivery Order is validated by the Stock/Inventory user, the system will automatically generate a Transport Entry.
- The Delivery Order/Picking PDF report (using the default Odoo report template) includes transport details as shown.
- The system allows rescheduling of transport entries at any time, as demonstrated in the screenshots below.
- Users can halt a transport entry at any point, as illustrated in the screenshots.
- Rescheduling a transport entry will create a new transport entry associated with the related Picking/Delivery Orders.
- The Transport Entry List/Form View, along with the corresponding PDF report, is shown as an example.
