Configure Pesapal Payment credential

• Ensure that the status of the Pesapal payment is set to "Enabled" and "Published" to allow the system to actively use these credentials.
• Enter your Merchant ID and Secret Key. These should be provided by the Pesapal payment gateway.

• Choose or create a payment journal that will be used for transactions processed through this integration.

• Add this product to your shopping cart for a seamless checkout experience.

Pay through safe and secure with Pesapal

• Choose your preferred Pesapal payment method from the available options during payment.

• Click the "Pay now" button.

• Enter your credit or debit card number in the designated field.
• Input the name of the cardholder as it appears on the card.
• Provide the card's expiration date and the security code (CVV) found on the back of the card.
• Then proceed to validate and submit your payment details securely.

• Your transaction will be processed, and a record of the transaction will be created for tracking and confirmation.   

Your Order has been Confirmed

• After successfully completing your payment through the Pesapal payment, your order has been processed and confirmed in the system.

• Create the order with all relevant product details and customer information.
• Confirm the order after processing the payment.

• Set the transaction and payment references to keep track of the payment status.

Payment Transaction Details

• After completing your payment, you will receive detailed transaction information from our Pesapal payment provider.

• The transaction reference provided by the  Pesapal  payment provider is used for tracking and reference purposes.

• Customers have the option to request refunds, which can be issued either in full or in a partial amount, depending on the purchase policy made by the company.
