PRA POS Connector

Integrate Odoo Point of Sale with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). Automatically sync eligible POS orders to PRA, store the PRA Invoice Number in Odoo, and print a QR code on POS receipts.

What this module does

Sync POS invoice data with PRA using configured POS credentials, store the PRA Invoice Number back in Odoo, and generate/print a QR code for verification—without changing your POS workflow.

Automatic / Scheduled
Syncs eligible POS orders with PRA via manual action or scheduled sync (cron), based on your configuration.
Traceable
Stores PRA Invoice Number and keeps a detailed request/response log for audit and troubleshooting.
Receipt Ready
Prints PRA Invoice Number and a QR code on the POS receipt for quick verification.

Configuration

Configure PRA settings from POS configuration and start syncing invoices.

  1. Go to Point of Sale → Configuration → Point of Sale.
  2. Open your POS configuration and enable PRA Integration.
  3. Select environment (Testing or Production) and set PRA API URL, API Key, POS ID and Access Code.
  4. Use the manual sync button, server action, or enable scheduled sync (cron) if supported in your setup.
Note: PRA fields/actions are visible only to authorized users (security group).
