User can create smart filters Settings => Technical => Smart Filters
Select the model name, then click 'Add Line' and apply a filter if needed.
Create Filters
- When the user creates a date filter, they will also see a few suggested filter options.
- Filter Suggestion: To use a suggested filter, the user can click on the desired block.
- Is Date Filter: Select this checkbox if the filter is intended for a date field.
- Field: When creating a date filter, the user must select the field to which the filter should be applied."
- User: The user can create a filter that applies only to selected users.
- Apply Default: Select this checkbox to make the filter apply automatically.
- If the user wants to create a separate filter with a suggestion, they can do so as shown below. For example, to view orders created within the last 15 days, the user can configure the filter accordingly.
- Filter Type: Users can personalize the filter period using the 'Filter Type' field. To apply a filter for a specific day, select the 'Specific Day' option. For a more flexible date range, choose the 'Date Range' option to filter data from a custom date up to today.
- Filter Period: To filter past dates, users can select the 'Before' option. For future dates, the 'After' option is the ideal choice.
When the filter type is set to 'Specific Day', a date field will appear, and we can select a specific date to filter the records accordingly.
Users can also create a filter for other fields.
Suppose the user wants to view only the orders that are in the 'Quotation Sent' state. In that case, they can configure the domain as shown below by simply selecting the appropriate field and value.
