Description
The Odoo Epicentr XML Feeds app by Garazd Creation automates the exchange of product data between Odoo and the Epicentr Marketplace. It generates and updates XML data feeds according to the platformâs technical requirements, ensuring that products are displayed correctly in the Epicentr Marketplace catalog.
The module simplifies integration with the Epicentr marketplace, reduces the risk of errors, and helps keep product information in your online store accurate and up to date.

Feed Configuration
Firstly, prepare the feed according to your specific needs. Go to the
Website menu, then eCommerce, and click Product Data Feeds:
The app comes with two preconfigured feed templates that fully meet the technical
requirements of the Epicentr Marketplace:
- Product - a template for products (main feed)
- Price and availability - a template for prices and stock (dependent on the main feed)
The feed templates are highlighted in green in the list.
It is recommended to create a copy of the template using the Duplicate action.
You can customize the copied feed for your needs, while the original template
remains unchanged and serves as a reference for standard configuration.
Feed Products
Determine which products should be included in the data feed. To do this, use the
Item Filter:
To view the list of products included in the feed, click the Items button
at the top of the form:
The price and availability template does not require additional configuration.
It is linked to the product feed automatically:
Price Configuration
Next, before connecting the feed to Epicentr, configure product prices. Go to the
Settings tab and, in the Prices section, select the pricelist. This
pricelist determines the prices of products:
If pricelists are not used, leave this field empty. In this case, the prices from
the product records are applied.
To enable promotional prices in the Epicentr data feed, specify a Promo
Pricelist. This pricelist must be configured in advance and contain discounted
product prices.
Stock Locations
The solution allows for selecting warehouses and stock locations used to calculate
on-hand quantities and product availability statuses.
Go to the Settings tab, Stock section. Select the required Stock
Locations in the field. On-hand quantities for the data feed are calculate only
for specified locations:
If Stock Locations are not selected, on-hand quantities and availability
statuses are calculate for all company locations.
Product Configuration
For products, it is necessary to specify the corresponding categories and
attributes of the Epicentr Marketplace. To do this, open the product and, on the
Data Feeds tab in the Epicentr section, specify the product
category:
The import of product categories from the Epicentr Marketplace is performed
automatically (see the Advanced Settings section).
Next, click Sync Attributes to start importing the attributes of the
selected product category:
Then, add the required attributes to complete the product description according
to the Epicentr Marketplace requirements:
Specify the product brand by first clicking the button to synchronize the list of
brands with the Epicentr marketplace:
Enter the product name in accordance with the marketplace requirements:
To review the product publication rules on the marketplace, click the question
mark icon at the end of the Name field or follow the link:

Some attributes are defined on other tabs. Open the Inventory tab and, in
the Logistics section, specify the product weight and country of origin:
Specify the product sizes on the Extra tab in the Characteristics section:
Feed Columns
The Odoo Epicentr XML Feeds module includes preconfigured feed columns
linked to standard fields and following Odoo product management principles. If
needed, adjust the feed column configuration through the interface by mapping it to
custom product fields.
To manage columns, click the Columns button at the top of the window:
Connecting Feed to Epicentr
To connect a data feed to Epicentr, a properly configured product feed and an
active online store on the marketplace are required.
Product Import
To add the product feed to your Epicentr account, first copy the URL of the
desired feed from Odoo:
Next, go to your Epicentr seller account and open the Products - Import menu.
On the File Upload tab, select Link as the import method, then
choose Update All, paste the Odoo feed URL into the field, and click
Import:
Wait for the upload to complete. The imported products can be viewed in the same
section under the Products - Product List menu.
Due to restrictions on the Epicenter marketplace, updating the list of products
requires manual re-importation.
Automatic Stock Update
For automatic updates of product prices and stock levels, first copy the URL
of the corresponding feed from Odoo:
Then return to your Epicentr account, open the Automatic Stock Update tab,
paste the copied feed URL, and click Save:
Advanced Settings
The synchronization of reference data is performed automatically using Odoo
scheduled actions. This list can be viewed in the menu Settings - Technical -
Automation - Scheduled Actions:
For the Odoo Epicentr XML Feeds app, the following synchronization actions
are scheduled:
- Epicentr: Attribute and Brand Synchronization - imports marketplace brands and product attributes once per hour.
- Epicentr: Base Synchronization - imports product categories once per day.
The execution intervals of scheduled actions can be adjusted as needed by
modifying the corresponding entries.
To manually update the data, open the scheduled action and click Run Manually:
The first run of the scheduled action may take some time due to the import of a large number of records.
