Set Product Minimum Quantity
- We have configuration to set minimum quantity (Stock Limit) in product master form view.
Configure Outgoing Mail Server
- We need to configure atleast one Outgoing Mail Server to send Low Stock XLSX report as a E-mail to Responsible Users.
Low Stock Alert via Email
- Responsible users will receive email with product details in .xlsx format report, product details contains information like product name, available quantity with minimum stock limit.
- Scheduled Job will automatically send email with attachment of product details in .xlsx format report everyday to configured responsible users.
