The Project Improvements module provides advanced tools for Odoo Project users. It enhances task management, introduces workload balancing, improves Gantt/Kanban boards, and delivers actionable reporting dashboards. With these improvements, teams can stay aligned, avoid missed deadlines, and deliver projects more efficiently.

How it Works

  1. Install the module from the Odoo Apps menu and update your Apps list.
  2. Configure project settings under Project > Configuration > Settings to enable task dependencies, workload planning, and improved deadlines.
  3. Create a project and define stages, milestones, and task templates.
  4. Manage tasks effectively by setting priorities, deadlines, assigning resources, and linking tasks with dependencies.
  5. Visualize schedules with enhanced Gantt and Kanban boards that allow drag-and-drop planning.
  6. Track progress using timesheets, percentage completion, and workload distribution.
  7. Measure results with built-in reports and dashboards covering utilization, project progress, and overdue tasks.
  8. Collaborate with your team by sharing tasks, leaving comments, and enabling automated notifications for delays or dependencies.
