Project - Status by Recent Activities
This module helps the project management team to know the idle projects by the last updated date on the project and recent updated date for the Project communication.

Key fields such as Last Update On and Recent Log Date are automatically updated based on task creation or activity, ensuring accurate tracking without manual effort.

Users can create custom task stages and manually move tasks between stages to reflect real-time progress.
Project Creation & Management
Users can create new projects with specific names and configurations. Upon creation, the system automatically records the project’s creation date and time in the Last Update On field.
Automatic Recent Date Logging
When a task is created or updated, the Recent Date field is automatically populated with the current date and time, ensuring accurate activity logs.
Project-Level Updates from Tasks
Any task-related activity automatically updates project-level fields like Last Update On and Recent Log Date in the Project Kanban view.
Navigate to the Apps menu and search for the module named "project_kanban".
This is the Project Kanban view, from where you can easily manage and track projects.
- Here, we have created a new project named “Internal Discussion with Team.” When the project is created, the “Last Update On” field is automatically set to the project’s creation date and time. Additionally.
- Smart buttons displayed in the header(Tasks) allow you to manage and track project-wise tasks.
In this section, you can create task stages and manually change the stage of tasks to track their progress.
Next, we have created a new task for our project.
When we create a task, the “Recent date”field is automatically populated with the current date and time. Additionally, the smart button displays the total number of tasks created for the project.
In the Project Kanban view, the “Last Update On” and “Recent Log Date” fields are automatically updated whenever tasks are created or modified.
