The Allocations of Resource for the Project
Record the resources who allocated for your project. Thanks to that, the Project Manager of other projects or the boss can have the eagle eyes on the resources: who are allocated already! who are available! which percentage of allocated!

Resource Planning
There's a new tab on the form view of the Project which lets you add the planning of the resources for your project.
- Role: define the role of the resource in your project.
- Resource: select the user who play the role.
- Percentage.
- Start -> End date: the date range when you need the resource.
- Is Completed: for example, you only need the designer to design the architecture of the house within 2 months. after that time, you tick "Is Completed" to NO generate the allocation of that designer anymore.
There are 2 buttons:
- Generate Allocations: create the resource allocations based on the planning. Only take the line which Is Completed is False into account.
- Remove Allocations: remove the resource allocations.
Resource Allocations
New menu Project > Resource Allocations. You can see the percentage of the resource which has allocated in each projects.
- If you are the boss: you see the total percentage > 100%, you have to talk with the project manager of the related projects to clarify, then take the correctness action. On the other hand, usually remind the project managers to update their resources. So, you will always have the transparent information.
- If you are the project manager: you must update the resources for your project. if your project is new, you need the resource, you can look at this menu and discover the resources who're available. Then, book them immediately.
