Task Reassignment via Escalation Process in Odoo

This app enables project managers to escalate tasks within the project using a dedicated wizard on the task form. The wizard simplifies the escalation process, allowing for efficient task management and reassignment as needed.


Main Features:

  • Task Escalation via Task Form: Project managers can escalate tasks directly from the task form, as illustrated in the escalation details below.
  • Two Escalation Methods: Project managers have two options for task escalation:
    • Escalate Existing Task: The system will update the current task with the information provided in the wizard.
    • Create a Subtask: The system will create subtasks, maintaining the original task as the parent task.
  • Escalate Tasks with a Button: Tasks can be escalated with a dedicated button on the task form, streamlining the escalation process.
