Link Odoo to RG Systeme monitoring
The problem
MSPs run RG System (SEPTEO) for monitoring & backup, and Odoo for the rest of the business. Today the two worlds don't talk: support agents Alt-Tab between consoles, miss alerts, copy customer names by hand, and lose the link between "this server is failing" and "this customer's ticket".
The solution
RG System × Odoo automatically pulls every supervised node,
agent, process, service and alert from your RG System tenant into Odoo. Each
machine is bound to its res.partner customer; each alert can spawn
or enrich a Helpdesk ticket; each agent ships a one-click remote-assistance link.

Auto-sync nodes & agents
Cron-driven import of RG System sites, devices, agents, processes, services and alerts. Hierarchical tree mirrors RG's organisation. Idempotent: re-running never duplicates a record.
Customer linking
Every node is automatically attached to a res.partner customer record
via a configurable mapping. Open a customer file - see all their supervised
machines, their statuses and their open alerts in one click.
