Purchase Variant Selection Order Grid Entry.
Navigate to the Attributes & Variants tab of product and choose the PURCHASE VARIANT SELECTION as Order Grid Entry.
Create New Purchase Order.
When selecting the product in the Purchase Order Line, the Order Grid Entry window opens.
Purchase Variant Selection Product Configurator.
Navigate to the Attributes & Variants tab of product and choose the PURCHASE VARIANT SELECTION as Product Configurator.
Add Product in the Purchase Order Line.
When selecting the product in the Purchase Order Line, the Open Product Configurator window opens.
Add products using the Product Configurator, a tool that allows you to select product variants.
Easily switch between the product configurator for customized product selection and the grid view for quick, tabular product entry, allowing you to efficiently add products according to your needs.
Select variants, customize attributes, and add optional products to tailor your order precisely to your needs.
While configuring a backup, selecting the Zip option will include the filestore in the backup, while choosing the Dump option will create a backup without the filestore.
Enable the "Remove Old Backups" option in the backup creation view to automatically delete previous backups based on the number of days specified.
Enable the "Notify User" option and specify a contact to receive an email containing a detailed report with the failure reason and backup details. This option will also send an email upon successful backup.
Select the backup destination as local storage and specify a backup path to a location on the system to create backups on your own system.

Bug Odoo 18.0: pencil button opens matrix instead of configurator in purchase order lines
In Odoo 18.0, purchase_product_configurator opens the variant configurator when selecting a product on purchase.order.line.
However, in the purchase order form, on the lines (order_line) list, the pencil button still opens the matrix (grid) from purchase_product_matrix instead of the configurator.
The issue persists after module update, cache disable, browser refresh, and asset rebuild.
Steps to Reproduce
Current Behavior
The pencil button opens the matrix (grid) view.
Expected Behavior
The pencil button should open the variant configurator (same view as when selecting the product).
Impact
Inconsistent UX; configurator not available when editing an existing line.
