Install from Apps on Odoo Community or Enterprise. No external service and no extra Python package is required.

Choose a date field or a condition, add an Odoo domain and set the number of days before, on or after the date.

Send email, create an activity or post to Discuss. Use Preview, then Run Now, and let the ten-minute cron handle the rest.

FAQ
Common questions
Does it work on Odoo Online?
No. Like all third-party Apps Store modules, it requires Odoo on-premise or Odoo.sh.
Which models can I use?
Any installed model with a stored Date or Datetime field, or any model that can be filtered with an Odoo domain.
Will the cron send duplicates?
No. A trigger history entry is created for each rule, record and date or changed field value. Reset it explicitly when needed.
How are emails delivered?
Through the standard Odoo mail queue and the outgoing mail server configured by your administrator.
Can I test before enabling the cron?
Yes. Preview shows matching and already-sent records. Run Now sends immediately and leaves the scheduled cron unchanged.
Where are credentials stored?
The module uses your existing Odoo mail and Discuss configuration. No external reminder service receives your data.
