01 Once the module is installed, a dedicated Dashboard menu appears directly within the Odoo Sales application. No additional configuration is required. The dashboard loads automatically and presents a complete overview of all sales activity, including orders, invoices, deliveries, and shipping performance. Every section of the dashboard — including KPI cards and charts — responds to the date range specified in the filter at the top, ensuring users always view accurate and period-specific sales data at a glance.

02 At the top of the dashboard, a date range filter lets users select a specific "from" and "to" date and apply it instantly, refreshing all KPI cards below. Twelve key metric cards display Total Sales, Total Orders, Quotations, Average Order Value, Cancelled Orders, Total Returns, Total Invoices, Unpaid Amount, Delivery Pending, Gross Profit, Gross Margin, and Total Shipping Charges, each showing the current value along with a percentage change compared to the previous month to highlight performance trends at a glance.

03 Monthly Sales Trend :
A line chart that plots total sales revenue across consecutive months, from August 2025 through June 2026 in this view. It helps identify seasonal patterns, growth periods, and dips in revenue over time. The chart supports horizontal scrolling, so longer date ranges with many months of data remain readable instead of being compressed.

Top Products :
A vertical bar chart ranking products by sales performance, showing the top 5 products at a time with values up to 10K. Since there are many products, pagination controls let users page through the full ranked list rather than only seeing a handful.

Top Customers :
A horizontal bar chart ranking customers by revenue contribution, with the customer name on the left and their total value displayed at the end of each bar . It spans 13 pages, letting users identify both top accounts and lower-ranked customers.

City Wise Quantity Sold :
A line/area chart showing quantity sold across different cities, useful for spotting which locations are driving the most order volume. Like Top Customers, it's paginated across 13 pages to cover all cities in the dataset.

04 Invoice Status :
A donut chart showing how the total invoiced amount of $132,846.51 is distributed across four payment states: Paid, Partial, Unpaid, and Overdue. The total amount is displayed at the center of the donut, giving an immediate sense of overall collection health, with the orange "Unpaid" segment clearly dominant in this view.

Orders By Delivery Status :
A donut chart showing how all 142 orders break down across four delivery states: Fully Delivered , Partially Delivered, Pending Delivery, and Cancelled. The total order count is shown at the center, with "Fully Delivered" making up the majority share here.

Carrier-wise Shipping Cost :

Alerts & Action Required :
Not a chart, but an action panel listing three flagged issues: Stock Shortage on Ordered Items , Invoice Overdue, and Orders Pending Delivery > 7 Days. Each item includes an icon and a count badge so problems needing follow-up can be spotted immediately without digging through reports.
