Smart Dialpad

Make outgoing calls directly from Odoo using the Telnyx Dialpad. It shows recent calls and allows quick redial, so users can easily manage all calls from one place.

Live Analytics Dashboard

Track your call activity in real time on a single screen — including total calls, missed calls, average call time, SMS details, agent performance, and call trends.

Seamless Odoo Integration

All calls and SMS are automatically saved in Odoo contacts using Telnyx, so your team always has updated communication records without any manual work.

Detailed Features

Complete Call & SMS Tracking

All calls and SMS — both incoming and outgoing — are automatically saved in Odoo using Telnyx. You can view full communication history directly from the contact smart button for quick access.

Click-to-Call & SMS

Telnyx communication options are available inside key Odoo forms, so users don’t need to switch screens. Clicking Call opens the dialpad with the contact’s number already filled in.

Real-Time Status Updates

When a call status changes, the related Odoo record is updated instantly with final status and duration. Incoming SMS messages are logged and also posted in the contact’s chatter for easy tracking.

Telnyx Server Configuration

Configure your Telnyx server credentials in Odoo to enable SMS and calling features. Add your API key and connection details to start sending messages and making calls through Telnyx.

Dashboard Overview Tab

The Telnyx Dashboard gives a real-time view of all call and SMS activity with KPI cards, call volume charts, and status summaries in one place.

Call Logs

Complete call log history with direction, status, duration, and linked contact.

SMS Logs

SMS Logs store all incoming and outgoing messages in one place, including sender, receiver, message content, and delivery status for easy tracking.

Dialpad

The built-in Telnyx Dialpad offers an easy interface to make outgoing calls directly from Odoo, with a keypad, call status display, and recent call history.

Inbound Call Popup

When an incoming call is received, a real-time popup appears at the bottom-right of the Odoo screen showing the caller number, matched contact name, and options to Accept or Decline the call.

Status Panel

The Telnyx button in the top navbar lets users quickly manage their availability status, open the dialpad, check call logs, and access the dashboard — all in one click.

May I install the app on my Odoo Online (SaaS) database?

No, third-party apps can not be used on Odoo Online. Unfortunately, Odoo SaaS blocks such a possibility.
