Complete Call & SMS Tracking
All calls and SMS — both incoming and outgoing — are automatically saved in Odoo using Telnyx. You can view full communication history directly from the contact smart button for quick access.
Click-to-Call & SMS
Telnyx communication options are available inside key Odoo forms, so users don’t need to switch screens. Clicking Call opens the dialpad with the contact’s number already filled in.
Real-Time Status Updates
When a call status changes, the related Odoo record is updated instantly with final status and duration. Incoming SMS messages are logged and also posted in the contact’s chatter for easy tracking.
