ManageEngine ServiceDesk Integration
Connect Odoo with ManageEngine ServiceDesk
Submit support requests directly from Odoo and automatically create tickets in ManageEngine ServiceDesk. Odoo acts as a request portal, while ServiceDesk remains the main ITSM system for ticket processing.
How It Works
When a request is created in Odoo, the module automatically sends it to ManageEngine ServiceDesk where the support team processes it.

Ticket Tracking in Odoo
Odoo keeps essential ticket information for quick access without duplicating ServiceDesk functionality.

This allows employees to track requests while the full workflow stays inside ServiceDesk.
Smart User Mapping
The module automatically detects users between systems.
- If Odoo user exists in ServiceDesk - ticket created from that user
- If not - ticket created from configured default user
- If no default user defined - request created from "Default User"
This ensures correct ticket ownership in ServiceDesk.
