Step 1: Configure Danger Stock Product
Enable the "Danger Stock" checkbox on the product template and write customized safety alerts, risk warning messages, or handling instructions in the "Danger Stock Warnings" field.
Step 2: Add Danger Product in Transactions
When a high-risk product marked as Danger Stock is added to any transaction (Sales Order, Purchase Order, Stock Picking, or Invoice), the system automatically flags the product and shows a danger icon to prompt the user.
Step 3: Access Warning Manually
Users can click the info icon next to the Danger Stock product line at any time to open the warning popup manually, allowing them to review the safety procedures and details.
Step 4: Read and Accept Warning
When validating or confirming transactions, the system automatically triggers a warning popup. The user is required to click "Read & Accept" to proceed. For multiple danger items, the warning popups will chain sequentially one-by-one.
Step 5: Danger Product Warning in Stock Picking Validation
During inventory transfer validation, the system checks for danger stock items. Warehouse operators must review and acknowledge the safety instructions to complete the validation.
Step 6: Danger Product Warning in Purchase Orders
When confirming a Purchase Order with danger stock products, the warning popup is shown. Purchasing managers must accept the warning guidelines before the order confirmation completes.
Step 7: Danger Product Warning in Invoices & Bills
When posting customer invoices or vendor bills containing danger products, the system requires confirmation. The warnings must be accepted before posting the journal entry.
Step 8: Danger Icon on Printed Product Labels
The danger stock warning symbol is automatically printed on product labels of all standard layouts (2x7, 4x12, 4x7, Dymo, etc.) to ensure clear hazard identification in the warehouse.
