Alma is a French Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) payment solution that allows customers to split their purchases into multiple installments, making payments more flexible and accessible.
This integration connects Alma with Odoo, offering customers flexible installment payment options during checkout, ensuring merchants are paid upfront, and supporting seamless refund processing when needed.

Get Alma merchant ID and API Key (Test/ Live) from your Alma merchant Account,navigate to the Alma Merchant Dashboard and locate the Parameters > API Configuration.
Configure Alma Credentials in Odoo.
Portal Customers can pay their Invoices by clicking on "Pay Now" button.
Select your preferred payment methodâsuch as Installments or Credit Cardâand click the "Pay" button to proceed.
Odoo will redirect you to the Alma payment page to complete your order. Enter your card details and click "Pay" to proceed with the payment.
Customers will see a Success Screen once the transaction is Complete.
The transaction will be processed on the Odoo side.
After a successful payment, you can view the Transaction Details directly within your Odoo backend.
Transaction details are available on the Alma side after successful payment.
You can also add items to your cart and make payments directly through the website.Choose your preferred Alma payment option, such as Credit Card or Monthly Installment Plan.
The Customer is redirected to Alma to securely complete the Payment.Enter Card Details and click on "Pay" to proceed with your Payment.
A Success Screen appears after the payment is processed successfully.
Order processed successfully on the Odoo side.
Successful transaction is visible in the Alma dashboard.
Choose your preferred installment plan â pay in 2, 3, or 4
installments.
Note: Installment
payments require an amount above â¬50.
Review the installment dates and amounts.Once you confirm the details, click âValidate these deadlinesâ to proceed. Note: Payment fees may be waived by the merchant.
Add your email and mobile number to receive Payment Reminders and manage your installments.Click "Continue" to proceed.
Note: Your contact information is safe and will only be used for payment-related communication.
Enter Your Card Details or Use your Saved Card for Payment and click on "Pay" to complete your first Installment.
Transaction Details of Successful payment can be viewed in Odoo backend.
View Installment Payment details directly from the Odoo backend.
Successful transaction details are visible in the Alma dashboard.
Click on "Refund" button to refund a Payment
At Refund time, one can enter Full/Partial Amount needed to be refunded.
