Integration of Up2Pay Payment Provider with Odoo

Up2Pay is a secure online payment solution by Crédit Agricole, offering businesses reliable and efficient transaction processing. It supports various payment methods and is designed for seamless e-commerce integration.

Up2pay Integrated with Odoo provides the facility of Pre-Authorization, Capture, Void transactions, and Refunds for settled payments.

This application enables payment processing through the Up2Pay payment gateway directly on the Odoo website.

PCI Compliance Note:

  1. Odoo does not store actual card numbers or CVV codes
  2. Tokens are safe, as they can't be reversed into real card numbers
  3. All real card data is stored and managed by the acquirer

Module Information & User Guide

Configure Up2Pay credentials.

Customer Invoice Payment

Portal Customers can pay their Invoices through Up2pay payment ,by clicking on"Pay Now" button.

Select the Up2Pay Payment Method and click on"Pay" button.

Customer is redirected to the secure Up2Pay page to choose their preferred Payment Method.

Fill the Card Details and click on "Valider" to proceed with your Payment.

On successful Payment:

Up2Pay Simulates 3D Secure authentication and confirms cardholder verification before continuing to the final payment step.

Up2pay Displays a confirmation summary of the payment with transaction details and click on "Retour Commerce" for returning to Odoo.

On Odoo's side, successful transaction details can be viewed in Provider Reference (Transaction number).

Website Checkout Payment

You can also add items to your cart and make payments directly through the website.

Customer gets redirected to Secure up2Pay Payment Page to Choose their preferred Payment Methdo

Fill up the Card Details and click on "Valider" to proceed with your Payment.

On Successful Payment Up2Pay displays a confirmation summary of the payment with transaction details and click on "Retour Commerce" for returning to Odoo.

Your order is successfully Processed.

Save Payment Method

Select "Save my payment details" while making payment using Up2Pay Payment Provider and click on "Pay" button, a Payment Token will be generated after the transaction is successfully done on the Up2Pay side.

Payment Using Tokenization

Select Payment Token and click on "Pay" button.

The transaction will be successfully processed on Odoo side.

Check transaction details on the Odoo side.

My Account >> Manage your payment methods

Fill card details and click on "Save" button for saving card in Odoo.

Card Tokenization is Successful.

Authorize Transaction

To authorize a transaction before capturing funds, Set Provider Configuration >> Capture Manually to true.

Click on "Pay Now" button for Authorizing Payment in Odoo.

You will be redirected to the Up2Pay Payment Page, Select your Preferred Payment Method.

Fill in the Card Details and Click on "Valider" to proceed with your Payment.

Upon a successful payment, Up2Pay displays a confirmation summary with transaction details following 3D Secure authentication. Click "Retour Commerce" to return to Odoo.

Payment Authorization is successful.

Check transaction details on the Odoo side.

Capture Authorized Transaction

Click on "Capture Transaction" to capture an authorized Transaction

Pre-Auth Capture Transaction is Successful.

Void Settled Transaction

Click on Void Up2pay Transaction to Cancel a Confirmed transaction.

Void Transaction is Successful.

Refund Payment

Click on "Refund" button to refund a Payment

At Refund time, one can enter Full/Partial Amount needed to be refunded.

Refund Transation successful.
