Cross module integration allows seamless navigation between courses, employees, and training applications, making the batch management process streamlined and highly efficient.

• Course Batch Management:
  • Course Batch Form View: Create and manage course batches with details such as course, instructor, schedule, and only valid training applications in Draft or Approved stage.
  • Batch Configuration: Define default behavior, batch stages, and tags for streamlined management.
  • Batch Stages & Tags (List/Form Views): Configure batch workflows and categorize batches for better filtering and tracking.
• Assign Training Applications to Batches:
  • Assign Training Application to Batch: Assign individual application lines to a batch via a wizard accessible from the form view.
  • Add Training to Batch (Wizard): Quickly assign one or more application lines to the appropriate batch.
  • Confirmation Dialog: User confirmation before assigning training lines ensures data accuracy.
  • Set Batch for Application Line: Automatically link training lines to the selected batch.
  • Track Added Training Applications: Instantly reflect assigned training applications in the course batch trainings.
• Events, Registrations & Attendance:
  • Smart Buttons on Course Batch: One click access to related Events, Registrations, and Attendance Logs.
  • View Linked Events: Display all training events associated with a batch.
  • Link Course Batches to Events: Associate events directly with course batches for planning and reporting.
  • Open Event Registrations: View attendees registered for events linked to the batch.
  • Batch Reference on Event Registration: Maintain consistency and traceability between registrations and batches.
  • Attendance Records by Batch: Easily track and review attendance logs for each course batch, organized by assigned instructors.
