This app provides features for managing both submittals and transmittals documents for construction and job contracting projects.


Main Features:

  • Allows you to configure and manage Transmittal and Submittal Types.
  • Enables you to configure and manage Transmittal and Submittal Mediums.
  • Send by Email button to send transmittal documents to recipients.
  • Send by Email button to send submittal documents to recipients.
  • Enable your project team to print PDF reports for Transmittal and Submittal documents as displayed.
  • Smart Button for quick access to Submittal and Transmittal Documents on the Project Form.
  • Smart Button for quick access to Submittal and Transmittal Documents on the Job Order/Work Order Form.
  • Definition:
    • Submittal Documents refer to documents, samples, files, and other relevant information that must be delivered to site engineers, architects, project consultants, and other stakeholders involved in a construction project, often before the project begins.
    • A transmittal document accompanies other documents and files when sent to the receiver. It helps all parties track communications within the construction project, providing a record of what was sent, when it was sent, and to whom. This serves as proof of delivery and ensures that, if any questions arise, the project team can refer to the transmittal for clarification.

  • Configure and Manage Transmittal/Submittal Mediums: Provides the ability to define and manage various mediums (e.g., email, physical copies, or other delivery methods) for sending Transmittal and Submittal documents.
  • Send by Email Button for Transmittal Documents: Allows users to quickly send Transmittal documents to the designated receivers with a single click, streamlining communication.
  • Send by Email Button for Submittal Documents: Provides a button to send Submittal documents via email to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely document delivery.
  • Print PDF Report for Transmittal/Submittal Documents: Allows the project team to generate and print PDF reports for both Transmittal and Submittal documents, as shown in the system interface, facilitating record-keeping and offline access.
  • Smart Button for Quick View of Submittal/Transmittal Documents on Project Form: Provides a "Smart Button" on the Project Form view, offering quick access to related Submittal and Transmittal documents for seamless navigation.
