Designating Project team members to the project, based on their roles and expertise
You can Assign the Project manager from this module to oversee the progress of the project.
This module simplifies tracking whether team members are also part of other projects.
This filter provides a quick way to verify whether the Account Manager is assigned to the project.
This filter provides a quick way to verify if the Project Team is assigned to the project.
Enable Automatic link
Check the Project Team box to enable automatic linking for seamless, real-time communication amongst the team member and tracking the progress.
Project Team Management
Click on Project Team and a list of all Project Team will display
List view
This is the list view of all Project Teams.
Add Member
Wizard will display this screen, from here you can add the team members for the project
Adding Members to the Project
The wizard will display all the members names you just simply mark the desired names whom you wish to add as project members.
Create Team Members
Wizard will display this screen. At the time of creating a new Team Member, fill the deatails and click on save
Managing Team Members-
After selecting team members from the wizard, their names will be displayed.
User Roles for Project Team
This module creates the following user roles-
1. Project Team Manager- Can create/update project team. Can also add team members in project team.
2. Project Team User- Can view project team and members.
Group by Team Members- Selecting 'Team Members' will automatically group your projects.
Account Manager Missing Filter- After Selecting 'Account Manager Filter' projects with missing account manager will be displayed.
Project Team Missing Filter- After Selecting 'Project Team Filter' projects with missing team will be displayed.
