List Column Reorder (Per User)
List Column Reorder enables users to freely rearrange columns in both List and One2Many views using a simple drag-and-drop interface. The customized order is saved automatically, so users always see their preferred layout. Additionally, a Reset Column Order option allows restoring the original default structure with one click, improving usability and personalization in everyday workflows.

1. Activate the module.
Install the List Column Reorder (Per User) module
2. Drag & Drop Column Reorder
After installing the module, simply navigate to any List or One2Many view (for example: Sales > Quotations).You can then drag and drop columns to rearrange them based on your preference - for example, moving Status to the second position or Customer to the last position, as shown in the screenshot. We have included a Reset icon in the column header area. With a single click, you can restore the column arrangement back to the default order at any time.
3. Resetting Column Order
When you click on the Reset icon, a confirmation popup will appear, as shown in the screenshot. Simply click "OK" to restore the columns to their default order.
4. Confirmation & Notification
After confirming the reset, you will receive a notification indicating that the column order has been successfully restored to default, as shown in the screenshot.
This confirms that your view has been reset, completing the column reordering process easily and safely.
5. Customizing Columns in Invoicing
Navigate to the Invoicing module and open the Invoices list view. Just like in other views, you can drag and drop columns to arrange them according to your preference - for example, moving Tax to the first position, Invoice Date to the last, and Customer to the second-last position. In the column header, you will also notice the Reset icon, which allows you to restore the default column order whenever needed.
6.Resetting Columns in Invoicing
Similar to other views, when you click the Reset icon in the Invoices list view, a confirmation popup will appear. Simply click "OK" to restore the columns to their default order. After that, you will receive a notification confirming that the column order has been successfully reset, just like in previous views.
7. Column Reset Confirmation
After clicking "OK" in the confirmation popup, you will receive a notification stating that the column order has been reset to default. All columns are successfully restored to their original positions, confirming that the reset functionality is working as intended.
8.Customizing Columns in Sale Order Line (One2Many View)
Navigate to Sales and open a Sale Order. In the Order Lines (One2Many) view, you can drag and drop columns to arrange them as desired - for example, placing Amount as the first column and Product as the last, as shown in the screenshot. You will also notice the Reset icon in the column header, allowing you to restore the default column order at any time.
9.Resetting Columns in Sale Order Line (One2Many View)
Clicking the Reset icon in the Sale Order Line view will display a confirmation popup, as shown in the screenshot. Simply click "OK" to restore the columns to their default order, ensuring your layout is reset safely.
10.Confirmation Notification
After clicking "OK" in the confirmation popup, you will see a notification confirming that the column order has been successfully reset to default. All columns are restored to their original positions, as shown in the screenshot, verifying that the reset functionality works correctly in the One2Many Sale Order Line view.
