See It In Action
Go to Settings -> Vendor Product Management. Settings will be selected by default, change as per requirements.
Step 1: Go to Settings -> Users & Companies, grant access rights to users.
Step 2: You can see the new "Vendor Product" menu is visible.
Step 3: Go to Vendor Products -> Vendor Location -> Create a New Location.
Step 4: Go to Vendor Products and create a New Product. Click on "Supplier" button to enter details.
Step 5: Supplier count increases and new vendor line is added in tab.
Step 6: Follow similar process for "Stock Level" management across locations.
Step 7: Manual procedure complete, or directly import all details using CSV or Excel file.
Step 8: Go to Purchase -> Configuration -> "Import product & price". A pop-up will open to select Vendor and File.
Step 9: Product & price records are imported and created successfully.
Step 10: Go to Purchase -> Configuration -> "Import stock levels" to import supplier stock details for products.
Step 11: Stock records created successfully.
Step 12: View imported supplier stock details.
Step 13: When products are imported and locations are not present, new locations are created automatically.
Step 14: You can check all product and stock details from Contacts / Vendor view as well.
