Stripe Payment Terminal Configuration
Navigate to Point of Sale Settings, enable the Stripe Payment Terminal option under the Payment Terminals section, and save the configuration. Click on Payment Methods to create and configure a payment method for processing POS transactions through the Stripe terminal.
Configure Stripe Payment Method in POS
Open the Payment Methods page, select Terminal in the Integration field, choose Stripe from the available payment terminal options, activate the terminal, and click Setup to begin the Stripe terminal configuration process for Stripe integration.
Add Stripe API Credentials
Enter the Publishable Key and Secret Key obtained from your Stripe account in the respective fields, then save the configuration to establish a secure connection between Odoo POS and the Stripe Payment Terminal.
Initiate Payment with QR Code
Add products to the cart, proceed to the payment screen, and select Stripe as the payment method. A payment window will appear showing the amount and a QR code. Customers can scan the QR code using the Stripe mobile app or open the payment link to complete the payment on the device.
Stripe Checkout Payment Flow
After scanning the QR code or opening the payment link, the customer is redirected to the Stripe checkout page, where they can securely enter card details and complete the payment process.
POS Order Confirmation After Payment
After the payment is completed successfully, the customer is automatically redirected back to the POS screen, where the order is confirmed and the receipt is generated.

Navigate to Payment Transactions. View all Stripe payment transactions in a centralized list with details such as order reference, payment status, transaction ID, and payment amount for easy monitoring

Open any payment transaction record to view complete Stripe payment details, including transaction ID, payment method, transaction amount, linked POS order, and other related information.
Transactions Dashboard Overview
View all Stripe payment transactions in the dashboard to monitor amount, status, payment method, transaction ID, customer details, and date for accurate tracking and reconciliation.
POS Order Payment Details
Navigate to Orders to view Stripe payment details linked with the POS order, including payment method and transaction reference for complete payment visibility.
