This app allows admins to set predefined return stages and reasons, enabling a standardized approach to managing returns. Customers can easily initiate returns from their account section after purchase, selecting specific items or entire orders. With backend management capabilities, admins can efficiently oversee return requests, reducing duplication and ensuring smooth tracking throughout the return journey.

Predefined Stages and Reasons:
- Admins can establish clear return stages (e.g., "Return > Replace > Exchange > Refund") and set specific return reasons, creating a consistent process for handling returns.

General
Return Merchandise Authorization
Click on RMA to view the Return Merchandise Authorization features.


RMA Reason
Go to Configuration and click on RMA Reason to add a new reason for returns. This section also displays the full list of existing RMA reasons.
Create RMA Reason
Enter the required name and reason type while creating a new RMA reason.


RMA Stages
Go to Configuration and select RMA Stages to create new stages for return processing. You can also view the complete list of existing RMA stages in this section.
Create RMA Stages
Fill in the RMA stage name to complete the process.


Payment Information
The customer order has been confirmed successfully.
My Account Section
A new tab is available to view RMA order updates.


Frontend Overview of Sale Orders
Press here to access your order details. This allows you to review all the information related to your purchase.
Return Buttons
The first return button allows you to select and return multiple products at once. Each product also has its return button for individual returns. This feature provides flexibility in handling returns.


Return Multiple Products
Multiple products can be chosen for your request. After selecting the items, click the Submit Request button to submit. This will help in processing your order efficiently.
Success Popup
Return order created successfully. Click the Continue button to continue with the process.


Order Status
View the RMA order status to check the progress of your return.
RMA Orders
Access the RMA order history list in the backend to view all return requests.


Confirm RMA Order
Click to confirm the RMA orders. This action will finalize the return requests for processing.
Detail View
View the details of RMA orders to understand the status and information of each return request. This helps you track the progress of your returns easily.


Order Confirm
RMA order confirmation is complete.
My Account Section
Click on the RMA tab in the My Account section.


RMA Order Details
The RMA orders detail list shows the status of all return requests. Click on the RMA order number to view more information about each order.

Payment Information
Confirmation of payment for your new sale order is complete.
Quotations List
Access the sale order history detail list in the backend to view previous orders.


Create RMA
Click on 'Create RMA' to initiate the return process for the product.
Create RMA Popup
When you click on the Create RMA button, a popup will display for you to provide details. Choose your RMA reason and reason type to proceed with the return.


Create Success Popup
The popup will notify you that the RMA order has been created successfully. This confirms that your return process has been initiated.
Invalid Operation
This RMA order for the same product already exists, will display in a popup. You will not be able to create a duplicate return request.


Error Popup
An alert will show that the item already exists in the system. This prevents you from adding the same item again.

Press here to access your order details. This allows you to review all the information.


Return Button For Single Product
Choose a product for return and click the Return button to initiate the process. This allows you to manage your return quickly.
Return Popup
In the return popup, view the product details and select the request type and reason for the return. Then click on Submit Request to complete the process.


RMA Status
Check the RMA orders status to review the progress of your return requests.

Access the RMA orders status in the backend to see \how each return request is progressing. This provides important information for managing returns.

View the RMA order details to get complete information about each return request. This helps you track and manage your returns effectively.

Navigate to Settings, then Technical, and click on Email to access the all emails.

Created Email
After creating the RMA order, an email will be sent to you for confirmation.
Verified Email
You will receive an email confirming your RMA order verification.
