Configure UPI Methods

Open the UPI Methods menu to create and configure a UPI payment method. Enter a Name, select PhonePe, Razorpay, or PayU as the provider type, and configure the required API credentials to enable secure UPI payment processing in Odoo.

Manage UPI Methods

Open the UPI Methods menu to view and manage all configured UPI payment methods, including PhonePe, Razorpay, and PayU, from a centralized list.

Configure UPI Payment Provider

Open the UPI Payment Provider to configure its settings and enable secure UPI payment processing within Odoo.

Associate UPI Methods

Associate one or more UPI methods, including PhonePe, Razorpay, and PayU, with the UPI Payment Provider to offer multiple payment gateway options.

Select UPI Payment Provider

Add a product to the cart, proceed to checkout, and select the UPI Payment Provider to continue with the secure payment process.

Choose a UPI Payment Method

Select the preferred UPI payment method, such as PhonePe, Razorpay, or PayU, and click Pay Now to proceed with the payment.

Razorpay Secure Checkout

After selecting Razorpay and clicking Pay, customers are redirected to the secure Razorpay payment page to enter their contact details and continue with the payment.

Enter Card Details

Enter the required card details on the secure Razorpay payment page to complete the payment.

Payment Successful

A payment confirmation is displayed after the transaction is successfully completed.

Manage Payment Transactions

View and manage all UPI payment transactions from a centralized list, including payments made through PhonePe, Razorpay, and PayU.

View Transaction Details

Open a payment transaction to view complete payment details, including customer information, transaction status, provider reference, and the selected UPI payment gateway.

Process Refunds

Process full or partial refunds directly from the Customer Invoice through the selected UPI payment gateway.

Track Refund Details

View detailed refund information, including the refund status, refunded amount, refund ID, and the selected payment gateway.

Generate Payment Links

Generate, copy, and share secure payment links from Sales Orders to collect online payments through the UPI Payment Provider.

Pay Using Payment Link

Open the payment link, select the UPI Payment Provider, choose PhonePe, Razorpay, or PayU, and complete the payment securely.

Generate PayU QR Code

After selecting PayU as the payment method, choose the QR Code payment option and click Generate QR Code to display a secure QR code for completing the payment.

Scan PayU QR Code

Customers can scan the generated PayU QR Code using any supported UPI application to securely complete the payment.

PayU Payment Successful

A payment confirmation is displayed after the PayU transaction is successfully completed.

PhonePe QR Code Payment

After selecting PhonePe as the payment method, customers are redirected to the secure PhonePe payment page, where they can scan the displayed QR code to complete the payment.
