Overview

This module adds a Check button to draft Customer Invoices and Vendor Bills. It also includes an optional Reject button (enabled via settings) that opens a wizard to enter a rejection reason.

Description

Draft Invoice/Bill Check Button

Adds a "Check" button to Customer Invoices and Vendor Bills when they are in the Draft state.

Optional Reject Button

A Reject button becomes available when enabled via: Accounting Settings > Analytics > Enable Reject Button in Invoices/Bills.

Reject Wizard

Clicking the Reject button opens a wizard where users must provide a reason for rejection. Ensures accountability and communication within accounting workflows.

Configuration-Friendly

The Reject functionality is optional and controlled via a user-friendly setting, making it adaptable to different company policies.
