Module Highlights
ECG with Clinical Alerts: Automated bradycardia, QTc prolongation, and critical rhythm (VT / VFib) flags with colour-coded warning banners and a printable PDF report.
Echocardiography Records: Full echo findings with EF%, LV/RV dimensions, all four valve assessments, pericardial effusion, and auto-computed EF severity band.
Holter and TMT Stress Test: Single model covering 24h / 48h / 7-day Holter monitoring and TMT stress testing, with dynamic field visibility per test type.
Cardiac Device Registry: Permanent patient-level implant registry for Pacemaker, ICD, CRT, LVAD, Loop Recorder, and Coronary Stent with battery status and lead detail tracking.
Appointment and Patient Integration: Dedicated Cardiology tab on appointments (NYHA class, risk factors, findings, plan) and Cardiac History tab on patients â with smart buttons for one-click access to all cardiology records.
Role-Based Access Control: Cardiology User and Cardiology Manager roles with separate permissions, operating under the standard HMS specialty privilege system.
