Required Feedback Comment on Completion

The bulk action opens a wizard that validates dependencies and feedback requirements, allows reassignment of users and due dates, and provides options to update activities or mark them as Done.
Completed Activity Email Notification
When an activity is marked as Done, a confirmation wizard prompts whether to send an email or Chatter notification. Once confirmed, an editable email template opens, allowing users to review, customize, and send the notification before finalizing the activity completion.
Restrict Edit and Completion Permissions
Only assigned users can edit or mark the activity as Done.
Track User Changes in Chatter
Automatic user reassignments are logged in Chatter.
