Adaptive Sales Pricing
Adaptive Sales Pricing automatically recalculates product prices based on recent sales demand, inventory levels, and seasonal trends. Every price change is logged, allowing users to easily roll back to previous prices for full control, transparency, and pricing safety.
Navigate to Sales > Configuration > Settings and enable Adaptive Sales Pricing.
After enabling it, the Adaptive Sales Pricing will be displayed and the adaptive sales pricing workflow will run.
Displays all adaptive price change logs in one place.
Runs the Adaptive Sales Pricing automatically using a scheduled action (cron).
Allows setting execution frequency (e.g., runs every hour).
Supports manual execution to instantly update product prices.
Product prices are automatically updated based on demand, inventory, and seasonal factors.
Price decreases appear in green, while price increases are shown in red.
Navigate to Products > Search for a product.
The new price is automatically applied to the product price.
Add the product to the sales order line.
The new price is automatically applied to the unit price.
Navigate to Settings > Users & Companies > Users and select a user.
Enable Rollback for the user to grant rollback access and save the changes manually.
After enabling it, the Rollback button is displayed in the Adaptive Sales Pricing list view.
Click on the Rollback button.
The price will automatically roll back and restore the old price.
Navigate to Products > Search for a product.
After rollback, the old price is automatically applied to the product price.
Add the product to the sales order line.
After rollback, the old price is automatically applied to the unit price.
