WhatsApp Greetings on the Customer Portal
Let customers fill in their own birthday and anniversary, so your greetings actually reach them.
This add-on is free. The price shown on the store is the required WhatsApp Business Cloud app (a one-time purchase) — this add-on itself carries no charge.
What it does
- Adds Date of Birth and Anniversary to the customer’s own details page in the portal (
/my/account). - The data behind your birthday and anniversary WhatsApp greetings is collected from the customer — not typed in by staff.
- Installs itself wherever the portal is present — Website, eCommerce, Sales or Invoicing.
Requires: WhatsApp Business Cloud, WhatsApp Automation, and the Odoo Portal.
