Advanced Sales Commission
The Advanced Sales Commission module automates and streamlines the calculation, assignment, tracking, and reporting of sales commissions in Odoo. It supports rule-based commissions, multi-level structures, period-wise settlements, and invoice-linked payouts, giving businesses a powerful and flexible commission management system.

1. Sales configuration.
Install the Advanced Sales Commission module
Go to Settings > Sales > Under invoicing section, select commission
as true
2. User Configuration.
Under User Settings, enable Developer Mode. Then you will see Sale Commission under the Other section as shown in the picture. From there, you can assign the appropriate access rights. In this example, we have given access to Administrator, Manager, and User.
3. App show in Dashboard.
After configuring both settings, only then the app icon will appear on the dashboard as shown in the picture.
4. Home page of Application
Once you click on the Commission icon, you can see all commission records.
5.1 Commission Records Form view.
In the form view there is multiple fields.
You can set the Salesperson, Commission Configuration, Commission
Rule, Base Amount, Commission Rate, and Commission Amount. You can
also select the Sales Manager and Sales Director along with their
respective commissions, and view the total commission at the bottom.
5.2 Form view of Commission record
You can also configure the sale order, order lines, invoice, invoice lines, product, customer, and many more settings as shown in the picture.
6. Sale order form view.
Inside the sale order form view, there is a page named Commission that contains the commission details for that particular sale order.

In that section, you can view various details such as the Salesperson, Commission Amount, Base Amount, Commission Rate, and the current State.

The form view of the commission record contains many details, which can be seen as shown in the picture.
9.Commission Menu in Sales menubar
Multiple submenus are available under the Commission menu in the Sales menu bar, such as My Company, Commissions, Achievements, Commission Plans, and Adjustments.

There is also an overview section that displays the Salesperson, Period, Target Amount, and all other related fields.
12. Achievements
Here you can see all records with Achievements details.
13.Commission Plans
In Commission Plans, you can configure the Name, Type, Periodicity, Company, Start Date, End Date, and State.
14. Adjustments
Under the Adjustments menu, you can create or update adjustments as per your requirements.
15.Commission Periods Menu
In the Commission Periods menu, you can configure related periods, including their time settings, Total Commission, and Total Sales.
16. Commission Reports, Commission > Reports > Commission Reports
With the report download functionality, you can download multiple reports, including the Summary Report, Detailed Report, and Comparison Report
17.Calculate Numbers of commission. Commission > Tools > Calculate Commissions
After selecting the start date and end date and clicking on Calculate, all commissions will be calculated for the selected date range.
18. Generate multiple invoices with one click. Commission > Tools > Generate Commission Invoices.
With the report download functionality, you can download multiple reports, including the Summary Report, Detailed Report, and Comparison Report.
19.Commission Configurations. Commission > Configurations > Commission Configurations
In this menu, you can configure the Commission Type, Method, Effective From date, Effective Until date, and Company.
20. Commission Rules. Commission > Configurations > Commission Rules
Under Commission Rules, you can configure different commissions with various rates, condition types, commission types, and commission percentages.
21.Commission Assignments. Commission > Configurations > Commission Assignments
With this menu, you can configure the Salesperson, Commission Configuration, Valid From, and Valid To fields.
