How It Works - 4 Simple Steps
Install & Activate
Install AI-Powered CRM (requires AI Base, AI Automation, AI Mail, and CRM). The module creates the CRM Assistant, enrich automation, pipeline channel, and weekly scheduled action out of the box.
Set Up an AI Connector
Install and configure a connector (AI ChatGPT, AI Claude, or AI Gemini). The default Odoo AI is limited; for real use you need a proper LLM such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
Optional: Customize
Adjust the AI prompts for lead enrichment and pipeline report in Automation and Scheduled Actions if you want different steps or wording. Data sources can be extended.
Use It
Create leads â auto-enrich and duplicate note. On any lead, run AI Insight from the Action menu to get a short analysis as a note. Use CRM Assistant in Discuss. Managers see the weekly pipeline report in the channel.
