Does it need RRA EBM Stock?
Yes — Importers builds on the Stock app. The store adds it automatically: $279 + $419 = $698 total.
What does “approve” do?
It sends updateImportItems with the linked item code and marks the customs item approved — the RRA then treats it as a registered item.
