Register each product once, then validate receipts, deliveries and returns as usual — the app types the movement (sarTyCd), builds the declaration and keeps the RRA on-hand quantity matched to yours. Movements outside the normal flow have their own adjustments register.
Register before you sell
The RRA requires items to be registered first (saveItems). One click registers a product with its code, UNSPSC class, type, origin and units.

After each movement the on-hand quantity (saveStockMaster) is pushed to the RRA, so its stock ledger matches your books.

The RRA needs every item registered with its classification, packaging and quantity units before stock movements referencing it will be accepted. That registration lives on the product.

The picking list can be filtered and grouped by RRA state, so reconciling a month of warehouse activity is a filter, not an export.
Losses and write-offs are declarable too
Stock that is lost, expired or broken has to be declared as an adjustment. The app gives it a first-class record rather than a note.
Adjustments start as drafts
An adjustment is prepared, checked and only then declared, so a mistyped quantity is not instantly a filing.
Increase, decrease, loss, expiry, breakage
Each maps to the movement code the RRA expects — 06, 16 and the 15 family — so the reason you record is the code that is filed.
A rejected adjustment is not silently dropped
A failed adjustment keeps its state and its error, and can be retried once the cause is fixed.
Declare what you buy, when you should
Purchases can be declared or deliberately excluded per order, because not every receipt belongs in the RRA stock ledger.
