• TikTok Shop availability depends on the seller account region and the TikTok Shop integrations enabled in Base.com.
• Live TikTok Shop listings may only allow selected updates from Base.com, especially stock and price. Changes such as title, description, images, weight or category may require ending and relisting the offer.
• TikTok Shop listing requirements vary by category and region. Required fields may include SKU, category, weight, dimensions, warehouse, delivery option, images and marketplace-specific attributes.
• TikTok Shop may require a minimum number of product images and may reject images that do not meet marketplace quality rules.
• Tracking transfer requires correct courier mapping in Base.com.
• TikTok Shipping labels require the dedicated TikTok Shipping courier integration.
• Tracking updates are sent according to Base.com synchronization processes and may not be instant.
• TikTok Shop campaigns, creator allocations or marketplace stock reservations can block stock reductions.

Install the Base Connector module in Odoo

Install the module on your supported Odoo instance. Make sure API access is available and the required Odoo modules for inventory or accounting workflows are installed.

Generate or prepare the Odoo API credentials

Do I need a Base.com account to use this module?

Yes. The Odoo module connects Odoo with Base.com, but TikTok Shop marketplace operations run through Base.com. An active Base.com subscription is required.

Does this support TikTok Shop globally?

Base.com supports multiple TikTok Shop regional integrations, including regions such as US, UK, EU, Brazil and Mexico where available. Actual availability depends on the TikTok Shop seller account region and the integrations enabled in Base.com.

Are TikTok Shop orders created in Odoo?

TikTok Shop orders are imported into Base.com first. They can then be transferred to Odoo according to the configured Base.com Odoo integration settings.

Is stock sync close to real time?

Base.com offers configurable stock synchronization options. The available frequency depends on the integration, account settings and subscription configuration.

Can Base update TikTok Shop prices?

Yes. Base.com can send price updates to TikTok Shop from the selected price group. If price synchronization is enabled, manual changes made directly in TikTok Shop may be overwritten by Base.

Can I manage TikTok Shop listings from Base.com?

Does it work with multi-company setups?

Yes. Multi-company workflows can be supported through proper Base.com and Odoo configuration. Each company and marketplace account should be mapped carefully to keep catalog, stock, pricing and accounting data separated.
